Choose based on the look you want and your eye shape. For a soft everyday look, start with lighter, wispy or natural styles. For fuller glam, choose longer or more dramatic styles. If you are new to false lashes, start with a lighter style that is easier to place and wear. Compare the model try-on photos on each product page.

Choose Adhesive-free Clusters if you want to skip the separate glue step. Choose Customized Clusters if you want a bond-applied look with an arranged lash style. Prefer a full band? Explore Signature Strip Lashes. Always follow the application instructions for your chosen product.

Window Watcher, Golden Hour and Nine Lives are pre-arranged for the left and right eyes, from longer to shorter clusters. Follow the tray layout and product guide rather than building a map from mixed lengths. Diva Meow and Main Character use a single length within each style. The number of clusters you apply depends on your lash-line width and preferred coverage; you do not need to use every cluster.

Yes. Customized is the bond-applied range, not the adhesive-free range. Follow the lash and adhesive instructions supplied. Selected clearance Customized products are A$6: A$5 lashes plus A$1 lash bond. Check the individual product description for everything included.

Gently remove the lash from the tray, measure it against your eye, trim from the outer edge if needed, apply a thin layer of lash glue to the band, wait until the glue becomes tacky, then place the lash close to your natural lash line.

Some people do. Measure the lash against your eye before applying. If it is too long, trim a small amount from the outer edge. Trim little by little so you do not remove too much. This advice is for strip lash bands, not a direction to cut your cluster lash fibres.

Yes. Each Signature Strip Lashes box includes 3 pairs of lashes and lash adhesive. You do not need to buy separate glue to use the lashes. Apply the included adhesive to the strip band and follow the application instructions. Adhesive-free clusters are a different range and do not need a separate glue step.

Strip lashes and adhesive-free clusters should be treated as daily-wear products and removed before sleeping. Customized wear time depends on the specific lash bond, product instructions and application; a multi-day look is not a guaranteed wear time for everyone. Follow the instructions supplied with your lashes and adhesive. If a maximum wear time is not clear, contact support@flutterfu.com before extended wear.

Do not assume that instructions are the same across all three ranges. Remove strip lashes and adhesive-free clusters before sleeping, showering or swimming. For Customized clusters, follow the specific bond and lash instructions; do not assume they are suitable for overnight wear or water exposure. Water, steam, oil and friction can loosen adhesive.

Never pull lashes off forcefully. Follow the removal instructions for your lash type and the adhesive used. For strip lashes, soften the adhesive with a suitable remover before gently lifting the band. For Customized clusters, use a remover suitable for the bond. For adhesive-free clusters, follow the product-specific removal guide rather than treating them as strip lashes.

Many false lashes can be reused if they are removed carefully, cleaned gently and stored properly. Reuse depends on the lash style, how much glue or makeup is used, and how well they are cared for. Follow the care instructions for your range. Do not assume the adhesive on a no-glue cluster can be cleaned or reused in the same way as a strip lash band. Keep lashes in their original tray or a clean lash case and avoid soaking or rubbing.

Yes. A small amount of shedding can happen with false lashes and is considered normal, especially because Flutter Fu styles are designed with a full lash volume. Handle lashes gently and store them in their tray to help keep their shape.

Remove the lashes and adhesive carefully. Do not continue wearing them if discomfort, redness or irritation occurs. If irritation continues, seek professional advice. If you have sensitive eyes, consider patch testing your adhesive before use.

If your eyes feel sensitive or infected, or if you are recovering from an eye treatment, procedure, or irritation, please pause lash use and seek professional advice before wearing false lashes again.

You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery, but for hygiene reasons lashes and beauty items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Opened, used or applied lashes cannot be returned for change of mind. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled under our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
